SUGGESTED USAGE: 2 to 10 ounces per day. Mix “Nectar of Eternal Youth,” in a blender with Raw Goat Milk (or almond milk), Free-Range Yogurt and/or Kefir, Mother Culture Probiotics, Raw Honey, Aloe Vera, and PristineHydro ICE. We also add/rotate other ingredients: Ashwagandha, Korean Ginseng, Maca Powder, Chyawanprash, Propolis, Miracle Greens, Medicinal Mushrooms, Mother Culture Probiotics, Sesame Oil, etc.

STORAGE: Refrigerate at 35°F minimum. This product does not have an expiration date when it is kept frozen (best in a deep freezer). If it is kept refrigerated, it is good for up to six months from date of purchase.
